Bishop Jones was raised in Dallas, Texas, and graduated from the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee, with a B.A. in English.  He received his law degree from Baylor Law School in 1979, and practiced law for seven years in Waco, Texas, as a personal injury trial lawyer.  He and his wife Claudia were married in 1977 and have seven children.

In 1986, Bishop Jones left the law practice and entered the process of becoming a priest in the Episcopal Church, graduating from Virginia Theological Seminary in 1989.  He served as the rector/senior pastor of Trinity Episcopal Church in Marshall, Texas from 1991 through 1998, and then dean of the Pro-Cathedral of St. Clement in El Paso, Texas, from 1998 until 2005.  From 2005 to 2010 Bishop Jones was the senior pastor at St. Andrew’s Church in Little Rock, Arkansas, the founding church of the Anglican Mission in the Americas.

Bishop Jones currently serves as the pastor of All Saints, Dallas, a new Anglican Mission church plant.  Teaching, preaching, leading, and serving God’s people are what he loves to do.

David was born and raised in Arkansas.  He graduated with a degree in Business and Economics from Hendrix College in 1975 and a law degree from the University of Arkansas in 1978 and has been in the practice of law ever since. David was blessed to be in the “living room group” that has grown to become St. Andrew's Church in Little Rock and was part of the First Promise movement which was instrumental in the formation of what is now known as the Anglican Mission in the Americas. He and his wife, Marilyn, have four children, two daughters-in law and one grand-daughter.

Patricia (Patti) Gould is an Arkansas native who was one of the founding members of St. Andrew’s Anglican Church in Little Rock.  Even though she was born and raised an Arkansawyer, her late husband was a career Marine Corps fighter pilot, so for 26 years she moved around quite a bit.  In addition to being a mother of three sons, she proudly reports she is a grandma of four.  Patti works at the medical center of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.  She has been active in prayer ministry for over 35 years.

Rick was born and grew up in Tampa, Fl one of four children, educated in Catholic schools, attended church as all good Catholics do and even was an altar boy for a few years. He graduated from Hampden Sydney College in Virginia in 1978 with a degree in Political Science and Spanish and continued his edu-cation at Wake Forest where he received a MBA.  In 1981 he married Pam.  They moved to Little Rock in 1983 to work for Stephens.  He and Pam were part of the early participants at St Andrew's Anglican Church and have been involved several different ministries at St. Andrew's.   Later David Young recruited him to help with the Network.   He and Pam have 3 “more or less grown” children, Callie, Chandler and Richard.
