Anglican School of Ministry admits students of any race, color, national origin, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admission policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs. Since ASM is a Christian theological school established for the purpose of preparing men and women for religious vocations (lay or ordained) within an orthodox, Christian context, ASM reserves the right to refuse admission based on religious affiliation.
As an educational institution offering training exclusively in the field of Religious Studies, the Anglican School of Ministry is exempt from licensure or state approval under Arkansas Code 6-51-603 (5) and Florida Statute Section 1005.06(1)(f). Correspondence from the appropriate state authorities to this effect is on file at ASM's administrative offices.
